Information processed
When you create an account, you supply a display name, email and password. StockCity stores a password hash, session information and the portfolio data you save for sign-in and synchronization.
Contact forms store your name, email, message and optional details to receive, handle and respond to your request. The server processes connection information needed to operate the service and limit abuse.
When you agree and submit a registration or contact form, StockCity stores the time, language, purpose and versioned notice with that record. This does not also enable Google Analytics or subscribe you to marketing.
Cookies and Google Analytics
StockCity uses session cookies for sign-in and browser storage for preferences. Google Analytics 4 loads only with your permission. Google may receive cookie identifiers, device information and page views and process data outside Vietnam. The purpose is to measure use of the site.
You can change your choice here. StockCity records a receipt identifier, notice version, consent time and, where applicable, withdrawal time.
Retention and providers
Account information is kept to operate your account. Contact records are retained as needed to handle your request, protect legal rights or meet applicable retention duties. StockCity uses hosting infrastructure, email delivery when configured and Google Analytics with your permission.
Your rights and how to make a request
You can update your details or request account deletion in Account. To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent, send a personal data request. StockCity may verify the request before acting.
